Assistant Manager – People & ESG Department

Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must possess a minimum Degree in Business Admin / International Business / Environmental Science or equivalent.
  • Experience of 2 – 4 years in ESG and key sustainability frameworks and principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, Senior Management, and external stakeholder.
  • Strong research skills, with commitment to personal learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Executing ESG training, research, reporting, integration, stakeholder engagement program.
  • Support performing materiality assessment. data strategy, action-planning, and reporting.
  • Management and maintenance of various ESG ratings/ disclosures/ programs.
  • Integrated ESG and climate risk related considerations into business.
  • Organize and carry out staff training on ESG.
  • Provide support and coordinate on all related ESG activities.
