Responsibilities:
- Operate the steam boiler according to the required operations parameters.
- To perform daily checks on a boiler’s motor, pump and fan to ensure that all the equipment are running in good order (Total Preventive Maintenance).
- To raise a job requisition in the event that any of the equipment needs repair, service or to be replaced.
- Ensure boiler compound is kept within a reasonable 5S standard
- To ensure compliance of safety & health rules & regulations and Involve in safety and health committee activities are compulsory.
- To ensure all daily tools and or accessories used for the daily operations or maintenance of the boiler is kept in good order.
- Submission of all quality records and documents eg : checklist and maintenance on monthly / yearly basis
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering background.
- Possess Boilerman Certificate of competency from DOSH Grade 1 or Grade 2.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in steam boiler operation and other related utilities and facilities.
- Highly committed, self-motivated, analytical and able to work independently.
- Able to work on shift and long working hour
