Officer, People & ESG Department

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support the Manager with overall strategy, direction, planning, managing and reviewing.
  • Assist in executing ESG initiatives and programs throughout company.
  • Support performing materiality assessment, data strategy, action – planning and reporting.
  • Assist in establishing, executing and communicating ESG.
  • Assist in organize and carry out staff training on ESG.
  • Provide support and coordination on all related ESG activities.


  • Bachelor degree in Environmental / Sustainability Science or any relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in People & ESG.
  • Good attention to details and meticulous in all work areas.
  • Critical and sharp in providing ideas / solutions / suggestions.
  • Excellent analytical skill in data and numbers.
  • Posses good written and report presentation skill.
