ARTICLE 3 (PROHIBITION OF FORCED LABOR)
OCIKumho is committed to ensuring a respectful and safe working environment for all employees. The company does not permit any coercive actions, such as verbal abuse, violence, threats, or confinement, that may compel an employee to work against their free will. OCIKumho does not require any commission fees associated with the consignment of essential identification documents, including ID cards, passports, or labor certificates issued by the government for employment or recruitment process.
ARTICLE 4 (WAGE AND WELFARE BENEFITS)
OCIKumho shall pay above the minimum wage set in the labor relations laws of a nation or a region here OCIKumho does business and contributes to improving all employees’ economic stability and quality of life by operating welfare schemes.
ARTICLE 5 (FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION)
OCIKumho shall guarantee the right to organize, the right to bargain collectively and the right to act collectively in accordance with labor relations laws in order to provide opportunities to communicate with all employees and shall not treat employees unfairly for reasons such as labor union membership or activities.
ARTICLE 6(PROTECTION OF INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY)
OCIKumho shall strictly protect the confidentiality of personal information for all stakeholders and shall not disclose or consign to others such information without the prior consent of stakeholders.

OCIKUMHO Sdn Bhd recognizes that its Epichlorohydrin (ECH) production has a significant impact towards the Safety & Health. We are committed in safety and health management system in all levels of our business and take the following actions for improvement, OCIKUMHO shall;
- Comply with all relevant Safety and Health laws, regulations standards, and others requirement that are applicable to Company’s activities,
- Establish systematic identification of hazards and the assessment and effective control for safe and healthy working condition for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health,
- Educated all employees, contractor, and visitor through providing information, guideline, instruction, training, and supervision to expand and maintain a proactive attitude and culture,
- Investigate the causes of accidents and incidents include near miss and develops the effective and immediate preventive measures and remedial action,
- Continuously assess and evaluate our safety and health activities to ensure alignment with relevant Occupational Safety and Health objectives and programs.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
OCIKUMHO Sdn Bhd recognizes that its Epichlorohydrin (ECH) production has a significant impact towards the Environment. In order to minimize the impact, contribute to sustainable development and environment protection, OCIKUMHO shall;
- Comply with all relevant environment laws, regulations and related requirements and Environmental Management Plan (EMP),
- Committed to the protection of the environment, including prevention of pollution and others specific commitment(s) relevant to the context of the organization,
- Provide the necessary resources and trainings for the improvement of environmental performance,
- Utilization of Eco-friendly raw material and utility,
