Assistant Manager – People & ESG Department
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess a minimum Degree in Business Admin / International Business / Environmental Science or equivalent.
- Experience of 2 – 4 years in ESG and key sustainability frameworks and principles.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, Senior Management, and external stakeholder.
- Strong research skills, with commitment to personal learning and development.
Requirements:
- Executing ESG training, research, reporting, integration, stakeholder engagement program.
- Support performing materiality assessment. data strategy, action-planning, and reporting.
- Management and maintenance of various ESG ratings/ disclosures/ programs.
- Integrated ESG and climate risk related considerations into business.
- Organize and carry out staff training on ESG.
- Provide support and coordinate on all related ESG activities.
